I feel awful when I’m cleaning the house, because it feels like I’m ignoring Ellie. So I tried to do 15 minutes of cleaning, and 15 minutes of playing with Ellie. Which sort of worked. Not the most progress that I’ve ever made, but not bad. If Ellie goes to bed quickly tonight, maybe I can get in an extra solid hour of cleaning before going to bed.
This color is really cute! I didn’t expect it to be so pink on me, but I like it. I was kind of secretly hoping that it was going to be as vibrant as the package color, but the actual color probably looks better on me than the package one.
January 10, 2021 – Today I’m thankful for being able to feed my family without spending any additional money this month (so far). We actually don’t get fast food that often, but when we do I feel a little pained when I see the total we’re spending on one meal. We save so much more money by eating at home, but it’s so nice to not need to cook all the time. Our freezer and pantry are overflowing with all kinds of random things, so I’m determined to shelf-cook this month and make space for more, better planned meals.
