Goodness this has been the longest day ever? A fun day, nonetheless. We moved furniture all morning, started putting away toys in their new homes, starting to make room for #2. Went to run errands and go shopping with my grandmother and aunty. Had lunch. Ellie danced when we gave her French fries. It was crazy. Then Ellie and I napped an visited the sheep this evening. Then Nate cooked me a perfect steak and I had a loaded baked potato. Phew!
I’m still super exhausted though. Did not have the morning wake up I was hoping for. My routine was still crazy off. It’s late now, but we spent the evening doing lots of laundry and cleaned the kitchen. Still got our sink shining! Even if I don’t successfully complete the 31 baby steps, I’ll be very proud of myself if I can get my sink shining for 31 days straight.
Ok, seriously though. I need to sleep now. I’m out of my mind tired and there’s a lot to do tomorrow.
January 23, 2021 – Today I’m grateful for being able to recognize when it’s time for me to get rid of something. I really keep hoping I can justify a reason to keep these wild colored lipsticks, but I am starting to realize that I should just let them go. As fun as they are, I would be so much happier with normal colors that look good on me.
