!I woke myself up this morning and it was GLORIOUS. No surprise wake up from my husband or daughter. Ellie was actually awake and playing with her toys already, but everyone was in a good mood when I got up. I got to do a lot of my morning routine uninterrupted and it was so awesome for me. I hope I can do the same tomorrow.
I’m trying to free up some freezer space for us, so I can make some freezer meals before baby comes. So I blended up some Greek yogurt and frozen blueberries and we ate it with granola this morning. I have never gotten Eleanor to eat with a bib on, but I put on an apron and told her that she should copy mommy.. and she did it! She wore a bib the whole time during breakfast. She even let me put her hair up into a ponytail today without me braiding it!
Sink is wet, but still pretty shiny. I hope I’m not going down a slope here with my wet sink and dishes in the drying rack. I will try to make a better effort for this to be better tomorrow. After our nap this afternoon, there was so much rain that I just had a hard time getting myself to be productive. Tomorrow is another day and I will try my best.

January 25, 2021 – I am thankful for mornings that I get to myself. I lose myself in mommyhood sometimes and it’s really nice to get some alone time for myself in the mornings.
